I don't live in the city but needed a flower delivery pretty promptly for my friend whose mother passed. Debaney (sorry if I misspelled your name) was amazing and so helpful on the phone. I called blindly not knowing where to start to ensure it got delivered to my friends apartment safely even though I didn't live there. She asked me for my budget and made me feel comfortable that she knew exactly what to do for the bouquet. It turned out perfectly and they even sent me a picture of what it looked like right before they dropped it off. My friend received it no problem and loved it.
